LV Crime Map provides data derived from publicly available scanner feeds for informational purposes only. The information is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Do not rely on this Service for emergency response, legal proceedings, or any safety-critical decision. Always call 911 in an emergency.
LV Crime Map is not an emergency notification system. It is not monitored by law enforcement or emergency services. Do not use it as a substitute for official emergency communications.
Incident data is generated automatically from audio transcription and may contain errors, omissions, or misidentifications. Addresses, incident types, and descriptions may be inaccurate. Saucon Software LLC makes no warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any information displayed.
You may not use LV Crime Map to interfere with emergency operations, harass individuals, or engage in any unlawful activity. Automated scraping or bulk downloading of incident data is prohibited without written permission.
The LV Crime Map name, logo, and application design are owned by Saucon Software LLC. Scanner audio and incident data are derived from public sources and are not claimed as proprietary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saucon Software LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Service or reliance on any information it provides.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
